How to Make Pellets
  • Break down wood logs, chips, or other materials into smaller pieces using a Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher.
  • Reduce the moisture content of sawdust or other materials to 8-15% using a Dryer, such as a rotary drum dryer or air-flow dryer.
  • Gradually feed sawdust or materials into the pellet machine. For large-scale production, a screw feeder is recommended.
  • Post-pelletizing, the pellets are hot and must be cooled using a pellet cooler before packaging.
  • Pass the cooled pellets through a vibrating sieve, separating good pellets from broken ones or powder.
  • Finally, pack the pellets using a pellet packing machine.
