Product Description
Undertake OEM/ODM services for professional equipment processing.

The fiber optic temperature controller for rail transit is specially designed for fields such as subways, locomotives, and aviation. Due to the impact of traction current interference on track circuits and unbalanced current, these environments require temperature controllers with superior electromagnetic compatibility.

Our fluorescent fiber optic temperature sensor is immune to electromagnetic interference and resistant to high voltage (100KV). It completely isolates interference transmitted from the measurement source to the controller, ensuring extremely strong anti-interference ability and reliable EMC/EMI performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why is fiber optic sensing used for rail transit temperature control? A: Rail environments have high electromagnetic interference from traction currents. Fiber optic sensors are immune to EMI and high voltage, ensuring accurate readings where electronic sensors might fail.
Q2: Can the temperature controller be customized for specific dimensions? A: Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services, including customization of external dimensions, embedded hole sizes, and installation methods (embedded or wall-mounted).
Q3: What communication protocols does the device support? A: The standard version uses RS485 with MODBUS-RTU. However, we can customize it to support Profibus, IEC60870-5-103, or Ethernet communication.
Q4: How many channels can the controller monitor? A: The standard configuration is 4 channels, but it is expandable up to 12 channels depending on your project requirements.
Q5: What is the "Black Box" function? A: It is a data logging feature that records critical temperature information and historical maximums, which can be retrieved even after a power failure for analysis.
Q6: What is the IP rating of the controller? A: This series features an IP54 protection level, making it resistant to dust and water splashes, suitable for industrial and rail transit applications.
