Precision & Efficiency

Specially designed for Small-size Material Cutting and High-precision requirements.
Traditional 1530 models are often too large for specialized precision tasks. This compact machine is developed for small-size and ultra-high-precision cutting. It is widely used for precision parts, semiconductor materials, jewelry, and crafts, processing steel, gold, and silver precious metals without deformation.

Equipped with a high-rigidity marble table base and a magnetic suspension motor, this system achieves an accuracy of 0.01mm. The gantry dual-drive module and high-precision transmission sensors ensure stable results that traditional machines cannot match.

The sophisticated three-axis transmission design allows for high-speed cutting of metals 0.2mm and above without any thermal deformation, achieving a truly precise finish.
Production Quality Control
All equipment carries CE and FDA certification, ensuring compliance with European and American market standards. We manage a complete production process—from machine design and bed manufacturing to final spraying and assembly—all within our own facility.
