What is the expected lead time?
For standard machines, the delivery time is 3-7 days after payment. For non-standard machines, it is 7-15 days.
How to install and operate the equipment?
We provide an Instruction Book, Operational Manual, and Training Video with the machine. Online training is also available free of charge.
What should we do if we encounter issues during operation?
You can send details of the issue to us via mail. We help solve problems through mail, phone, or video communication.
Can you provide onsite service if required?
Yes, we can provide onsite service. However, the customer is responsible for transport, accommodation, food, and a daily service fee.
Is training provided for operating the machine?
Yes, we offer online video training and also provide free training courses at our facility.
