The EW-05F is a versatile cut and strip machine designed for multi-core cables (max. 11 cores) and multi-stranded single wire up to 30 mm².

  • 🔵 Precision Stripping: Uni-V jacket stripping blades (optional radius blades for special materials).
  • 🔵 Core Versatility: Uni-flat core wire blades for up to 11 core wires (optional teeth blades for rubber insulation).
  • 🔵 Feeding Accuracy: Enhanced feeding force with high-precision feed length (0.1 mm increments) ensuring no scratch marks.
  • 🔵 Digital Control: Roller set gap is easily adjusted via PLC touch screen, removing the need for manual adjustment.
  • 🔵 Customizable: Optional pre-feeder, middle strip module, twist module, coiler, and ink-jet printer.
