This machine is specially designed for cutting used (second-hand) silicon steel laminations into a new lamination for mitred transformer cores.

  • Equipped with three stations: two fixed cutters and one V notcher.
  • Adjustable positions for two fixed cutters, preset via touch screen (HMI).
  • V notching depth is preset on the touch screen for precision.
  • Capable of cutting side limbs, yokes, and center limbs (center limbs require two passes).
  • Full PLC control and HMI operation for a simple and convenient user experience.
