Designed for the manufacturing of lithium metal battery cells, it enables the automatic stacking of cathode, separators, and lithium metal anode.
The stacking speed can reach 1pc/1s for lithium metal sheets and 1pc/0.6s for lithium battery electrode sheets. It is equipped with a CCD positioning mechanism to ensure accurate stacking. The system realizes automated production from material loading to unloading of Li-metal battery cells.
The machine operates in drying room environments (-45ºC dew point) and is compatible with Si-C or Graphite cathode cells when used with a sheet-making machine.
