Lithium-ion Battery Electrode Cutting & Stacking Integrated System
Designed for the manufacturing of lithium metal battery cells, it enables the automatic stacking of cathode, separators, and lithium metal anode. The stacking speed can reach 1pc/1s (for lithium metal sheets) and 1pc/0.6s (for lithium battery electrode sheets).
Equipped with a CCD positioning mechanism to ensure the accurate stacking of electrode sheets. The system features auto-loading, automatic unwinding, CCD deviation correction, and automatic stacking, realizing automated production from material loading to unloading.
The system is applicable in drying room environments (-45ºC dew point). When used in conjunction with a sheet-making machine, it is also compatible with the stacking of Si-C or Graphite cathode cells.
