Thermal Shock Testing Equipment

Relevant Standard Test Requirements

This equipment meets international standards including: IEC 62133-2012, UL 1642, UN 38.3, and 31241-2014.

Standard Heat Abuse Test: After being fully charged, the battery is placed into the test chamber. The temperature rises at a rate of (5±2)ºC/min. When the temperature reaches 130ºC (±2ºC), it remains constant for 30 minutes. The battery must not catch fire or explode.
