Relevant Standard Test Requirements

Meets standards: IEC 62133-2012, UL 1642, UN 38.3, and GB 31241-2014. After full charge, put the battery into the test chamber with a heating rate of (5±2)ºC/min. When the temperature reaches 130ºC±2ºC, maintain for 30 min. The battery must not catch fire or explode.

1. Explosion-proof Design

Equipped with an explosion-proof and pressure relief port to release internal pressure and prevent box deformation or door detachment during battery failure.

2. Safety Features

Includes an explosion-proof chain for the door and a grille for the glass window to prevent splashing or debris in case of an explosion.

3. Advanced Insulation

Inner box and test rack feature Tef-lon treatment. High temperature resistance and friction protection prevent short-circuits between electrodes and the chamber.
