The Adjustable Blade Holder is specifically designed for slitting power battery cell electrode sheets. It features an innovative integrated blade and die design, enabling the slitting of electrode sheets to various widths simply by changing spacer sleeves. This unit is optimized for seamless integration with automatic slitting machines.
Utilizes a gap-free, suspended roll shear linear cutting method. Tools are installed and replaced as a complete unit. Blade pad width is customized according to specific process requirements. The system is driven by independent servo motors for both upper and lower shafts, with the blade speed ratio easily adjusted via touch screen parameters.
Adjustments are highly precise: slitting width is managed by spacer sleeves, vertical blade depth via inter-shaft nuts, and horizontal engagement through threaded blade screws.
To ensure optimal slitting quality even with deformed materials, manual adjustment roller devices are installed both before and after the holder. This mechanism guarantees stable and precise material feeding conditions.
